Special of the Month hosts my favorite recipes that I made in a month; posted on the 2nd Tuesday. The bi-weekly series Tay Tastes Things (again) chronicles my food explorations.  You can find them every other Wednesday.  Taysty Tips is a new weekly series posting on Friday. It focuses on building and strengthening cooking skills and knowledge.

It was first published on December 31, 2001. My copy is falling apart at the spine. Consequently, I bought a slightly used copy from eBay. Oddly enough, I am still using the tattered copy.
